The trunk brace gives you a stiffer more unified platform while still allowing full usage of your factory trunk components. This brace acts as a rear strut bar by linking both sides of the suspension together which increases handling and cornering performance. Utilizing a light weight rectangular tube steel design allows this brace to maximize strength and reduce even more weight!

Stiff rear

Super easy trunk bar to install it fits fine if you have the factory sub under the rear carpet. Never saw anyone talk about that. Will deff order more, I can tell a difference with the car not feeling as floppy coming out of a turn.

Excellent.

It took me longer to get tools than it did to install this thing.
Ease of installation is 10/10.

The quality of the product clearly shows, and the paint is glossy and nice looking. The quality shows why I keep coming back to TB Performance Products for chassis stiffening for the tC1.

It might be in my head or it might be a real thing but I installed this trunk brace with a strut tower brace from a different mfgr on my 2008 Scion TC. Driving the car around the city feels so much tighter and more accurate! I cannot believe that I didn't do these simple mods years ago. The quality on the TB is A-1, very nicely painted and you can tell it's hand welded. Thank for you the noticeable difference in handling and the quality parts.
