When the mazdaspeed3 is in a corner that is hard enough, the rear end will start to float. this type over oversteer is difficult to predict and manage as its caused by alignment shifts in the rear suspension. By bracing the spring perches with this trunk brace, your mazdaspeed3 will be significantly more predictable.

Trunk brace

I love this idea and it worked out great in my case. I made my own mount for behind the back seats. It mounts the bottom of the trunk to the other side. This trunk brace helps the brace i made nad the rear of the car is solid now! It also lines up nicely! I would reccomend!

Great piece

Made 130mph turns feel stable. Imagine a kid running with a kite like a drag parachute the rear used to be the kite

Benificial.

Helps with rotation and float in corners. Pair this with the rear traction bar and it will make the rear feel much better in corners. Easy install, looks good, doesn't mess with trunk space. 5/5.

Should've gotten this sooner

All I can say is that I was surprised on how much of a difference this made in terms of handling. Before I got this brace, the rear end of my speed always felt sloppy and was very hard to control during hard cornering. After installing this brace, and taking the speed for a spin in the twisties, all I can say is wow. I should've gotten this brace sooner, but I'm glad I got it now.

Fits like a glove and does a lot more for handling than I expected to be honest! Worth the money and looks sweet
